Ms. Ramsay is an attorney who is working primarily as an expert witness and consultant to litigators. Ms. Ramsay has been retained in over 150 matters as an expert work during her law practice beginning as early as 1989.
She has testified frequently in both deposition and trial on the standards and practices of the insurance industry. She has testified for insurers, insureds and brokers and agents.
In September of 2004, Ms. Ramsay was pictured on the cover of a Supplement to the San Francisco and Los Angeles Daily Journal as a mentor to Edith Matthai, insurance litigator and former president of the L.A. County Bar Association and Former President of the So. California Defenses Counsel. Ms. Ramsay began her insurance law career after working for a few years for a government funded assistance project in South Central Los Angeles.
